Hannigan’s success is no accident. It is a result of his dedication to quality craftsmanship, his attention to detail, open communication with the homeowner, long term relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers, and personal involvement with hands-on supervision by Alex.
Alex Hannigan's 33 years of caring has taught him how to blend award-winning Florida floor plans with exteriors touched by nostalgia and classic elegance.
Because of his commitment to quality and his unselfish dedication to the building industry, Alex was chosen by the National Association of Home Builders to build the prestigious New American Home for their annual International Builders Show in 2006.
Alex Hannigan is a graduate of the University of Dayton. He started building in Maryland and Virginia and has been building in Florida since 1974. He is a past president of the Master Custom Builders Council and the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando. He also serves on several committees at the state and national level, and is actively involved in local charities such as Give Kids the World, MDA, and the Winter Park Daycare Center. Alex holds a State Certified Building Contractors license and is a member of the Board of Realtors.
