A native of Osceola County, Tom Logan Sr. has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. As the former owner of a lumber, door, and millwork company, he has developed an innate skill for building quality custom homes with masterful craftsmanship and a special eye for detail.
Upon graduation with a degree in Accounting from Florida State University, Tommy Logan Jr. quickly moved into the construction business as well. He worked for three years for a national apartment builder before starting Sunshine Custom Builders with his father.

We build our homes with the focus on high quality at a competitive price. On site construction management is provided with the personal attention of the owners of the company.
